• The prices are per night, in addition to the local visitor’s tax of EUR 2,50 per person / day (from 16 years)
• We charge a pre-payment of EUR 100,00 for each booking, the rest must be paid on departure.
  In case of a delayed arrival or an earlier departure we charge 80% of the price.
  We recommend to complete a travel cancellation insurance. For the rest, the conditions of Ammergauer-Alpen GmbH apply.

• The apartment is available from 15:00h on the day of arrival & on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:30h.
• The city center with its famous Passion Play Theatre can be reached in a 10-15 minutes walk.
  The pool and the Nato-School for example can be reacged in 5-10 minutes.
